Power Grid Update

As of this morning, power has been restored to about 97% of homes, and all contract electric utility crews have been released. Line crews from the City and Deep East Texas Electric Co-op are continuing to work to restore power to the remaining areas. If you are still without power and you have not called to report the outage, please call City Hall to submit a work order. If you’ve already reported your outage, a work order has been created and there is no need to call again. We thank you for your patience as we continue to recover from last week’s storm.
