Our provider called and this is what needs to be done if you experience problems logging in.
- Use the email address you signed up with.
- Put in your password
- Should they not know your password you can click on forgot password.
- You will have to answer the Security Question.
- If they do not know the answer to the Security Question.
- Call us (COSA)
- Give us the name on the account; account #; email address (if known)
- We (COSA) will submit a call to ASYST and they will send the Security Question answer and email of need.
- We (COSA) will email you the information as soon as possible.
