Our provider called and this is what needs to be done if you experience problems logging in.

  1. Use the email address you signed up with.
  2. Put in your password
  3. Should they not know your password you can click on forgot password.
  4. You will have to answer the Security Question.
  5. If they do not know the answer to the Security Question.
  6. Call us (COSA)
  7. Give us the name on the account; account #; email address (if known)
  8. We (COSA) will submit a call to ASYST and they will send the Security Question answer and email of need.
  9. We (COSA) will email you the information as soon as possible.
