Request for Proposal (RFP) for Banking Services

INVITATION FOR BID FOR DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of San Augustine will receive bids for depository of the city’s funds for the period commencing August 21, 2023 and ending September 5, 2023 at 3pm CST.  Any banking organization, qualifying under the laws of the state of Texas to act as depository of municipal funds, which desires to act as such depository for the City of San Augustine shall submit written application therefore sealed and marked on the outside “Application for Depository of City Funds”.  Such application shall be received in the office of the City Manager, City of San Augustine, 301 South Harrison Street, San Augustine, Texas 75972, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the 5th day of September, 2023, at which time such application shall be opened publicly and read aloud.

Term of Service Agreement should be three (3) years.

The City Council has the right to accept the application which offers the most favorable terms and shall have the right to reject any or all applications.
