City of San Augustine - RFQ - 2019-2020 TxCDBG Program

Dear Engineering Service Providers:

Attached is a copy of the City of San Augustine’s Request for Qualifications for application services, preliminary engineering services and design engineering services. These services are being solicited to assist the City of San Augustine in its application and project implementation of a contract, if awarded, from the 2019-2020 Texas Community Development Fund of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The City of San Augustine will be applying for such funding to support its infrastructure systems which could include water improvements, sewer improvements, street improvements and/or drainage improvements or similar infrastructure projects in the City of San Augustine. The Request for Qualifications will also be available in its entirety at https://www.cityofsanaugustinetx.gov/rfps.

The submission requirements for this proposal are also included on the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) form.  Firms and/or individuals should have past experience with federally funded programs.  All respondents must be registered with SAM.gov, have an active account, and provide a copy of the SAM.gov website page that shows this information.  Please submit a proposal of services and statement of qualifications to:

The deadline for submission of proposals is 12:00pm Noon on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The City of San Augustine reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
